"End user" is defined herein as the person(s) who registers as the member(s) or
contact person(s) on MedicalJobStreet.com. "MJS" is defined herein as
MedicalJobStreet.com.

End user agrees to pay a user fee of either $350.00 per quarter or $995.00 yearly

All positions posted by end user to the MJS database shall be positions
maintained by end user and shall be positions that candidates respond and/or
apply directly through end user.

End user agrees, to the best of his/her ability, to update or delete his/her posted
positions on the MJS database as needed.

End user agrees not to post multiple listings of the same position.

End user agrees to abide by EEOC regulations.

End user shall be solely responsible for any action that occurs as a result of
his/her position(s) posted to the MJS database.

End user shall not allow any non-member of MJS end user access.

End user will hold MJS or any agent thereof harmless for any loss of data that
may occur.

Any person or company that applies for MJS membership and is denied MJS
membership, shall hold MJS or any agent thereof harmless.

MJS may terminate, without refund, membership of an end user should it be
determined that end user has violated the end user agreement.

Any disputes against MJS or any agents thereof, will be governed by the laws of
the state of Missouri.
